6th Graders & Cockrill Theatre

There are LOTS of ways to get involved in theatre as a 6th grader, even though there is not a theatre class for 6th graders. 
  • Audition for an Acting Role or Interview for a Backstage Tech Crew Position in one of our plays!
    • We do two after-school plays each year, a large comedy or musical in the fall, and a smaller one-act play for UIL One-Act Play competition in the spring. 6th graders are welcome to join in both of these plays! Audition/tech crew interview information will be posted on the "Current Show" page.
  • 6th Grade Theatre Club
    • This is a theatre club JUST for 6th graders. We will play fun acting games and end the year performing a 6th grade only show!
